I run Parker Law Offices. Not a team, not a department. Me.

That is a deliberate choice, and it is the thing clients notice first. The lawyer who takes your call is the lawyer who reads your discovery, writes your motions, and stands next to you at sentencing. Your case does not get handed down to someone you have never met.

The State Bar asked me to write the book

The State Bar of Wisconsin invited me to author Chapter 4 of Family Law in Wisconsin: A Forms and Procedures Handbook, Twelfth Edition. My name appears in the foreword.

That handbook is what Wisconsin family law attorneys open when they need the procedure right. I wrote part of it. The procedure I explained for them is the procedure I run in your case.

Where I practice

Milwaukee County Circuit Court is my home court. I appear regularly in Ozaukee County and the surrounding circuits.

I take retained cases and State Public Defender appointments in criminal matters, and I handle family law and civil litigation for private clients. See Practice Areas for what that covers.
